We had an amazing dining experience at Mama Inez Mexican Restaurant, and a huge part of it was thanks to our fantastic waitress Kasidi. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious, but her service truly made the visit unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back and hope to see her again. Highly recommend both the restaurant and her exceptional service!
About 35 years ago we discovered Mama Inez restaurant and bar in Idaho Falls, We were told to get the nachos. They brought out a mountain of chips, cheese, meats, beans, tomatoes, onions, sour cream and Guac!! It easily fed four of us, we went back a few times but then they disappeared. We knew they had other locations but we couldn't find them and they seemed to come and go. Last Saturday night we were in Pocatello Idaho and headed in to town when I spotted a sign, "Did that say "Mama Inez"???" Yup! We swung around and parked, went inside and ordered a half order of chicken nachos (about 14), as it was just 2 of us. The service was friendly and they took great care that all our needs were met. The nachos have evolved, but they are still more than enough for the two of us. Everything was fresh and delicious. We live about 2 hours south, but we will be coming back, and bringing the family! So excited to find an old family favorite that we have missed for many years. Go to Mama Inez, and try the Nachos!
We held my grand daughters Quinceanera and Mama Inez provided the food. It was totally amazing! We did a taco bar. They brought it all. Was affordable and more than met our expectations. Thank You Mama Inez

I always get the chicken fajita mix on top of the cheese crisps and it was fantastic. Kenna is the best server ever. I always love going in there and seeing her. She’s such a delight. The atmosphere is great. Always love going to Mama Inez . It’s such a staple in Pocatello.
